It is the purpose of this brief trance to support you in experiencing a deep state of relaxation and renewal by contacting the natural problem-solving capacity of your unconscious mind. Contemplate a challenge you are currently facing, a question you would like to have answered, or creative inspiration you would like to receive. Move into a comfortable position and bring your awareness to your breath flowing in and out. On the in breath, your abdomen expands. On the out breath, your abdomen gently contracts. That's right. On the in breath, he expands your breath gently contracts. Turn your palms upward in your lap as you breathe, let your fingers open like a flower, opening to the sun, and as you breathe out, allow your fingers to close. Breathe in fingers open, breathe out fingers close.
Speaker 1:As you focus on your breath flowing in and out and all the fingers opening and closing, the natural process of relaxation and cellular renewal begins. You may notice the breath deepening and your fingers moving more and more slowly. You may even experience your fingers becoming heavier and heavier when you are ready to move deeper. You can just let your fingers become still as you continue to focus on your breath gently flowing in and out, and you may experience yourself dropping down into the quiet of your inner self where all is peaceful. That's right. It's time to slow down, slow your mind, slow down your body. Slow down.

Speaker 1:Trans is a learning experience, just like when you tie your shoelaces and ride a bike. You are learning just how easy and comfortable it is to shift into deeper levels of relaxation and trance. That's right. Your unconscious can provide you with the security and guidance to become even more comfortable and fully immersed. It's good to know that each time you experience trance, you are creating a bridge to the gifts of the unconscious mind. I know that. You know that your unconscious mind can activate your internal resources. I know that you know that your unconscious mind has access to the unacknowledged abilities and expanded cognitive skills. Your unconscious can assist you in dealing with so many situations.
Speaker 1:As you go deeper into trance, it is okay for your unconscious mind to do its job outside of your conscious awareness. It can be fun to know that the unconscious mind's response to your request will come as a pleasant surprise and become as a flash of insight or a sudden depth of understanding or creative inspiration. It may become immediately in your dream state or during the next minutes and hours and days to come. Bring your awareness to the breath flowing gently in and out. On the inhale, you naturally breathe in strength, health and vitality. On the exhale, you are gently releasing and turning your attention inward to that place of comfort and ease. As the abdomen expands on the inhale and releases on the exhale, you may find it easy to feel your body gently supported. You are supported. Each breath is a new beginning. Breathing in the new energies and letting go.
Speaker 1:I'm not sure how you prefer to let go and fully relax. You may experience letting go as not some time allowing a natural, healthy flow of energy. Perhaps you will experience your muscles simply releasing and the feeling of work and comfort spreading throughout your body. Some experience a mind-relaxing simply by focusing on the breath, as you realize just how good it feels to set the activities of your world aside and turn your attention inward. At the count of three, I will ask you to open your eyes and extend your dominant hand in front of you, with your palms facing you. Ready One two, three.
Speaker 1:Eyes, open arm, extended palm facing you. Focus on your middle finger as you spread your fingers further and further apart, further and further apart. Focus all of your attention on that middle finger. Soon you will experience the hand coming closer and closer to your head. I'm not sure if the elbow is bending and not striding hand closer to you, or the hand is pushing and it's coming closer, or perhaps your head is angry forward touching your hand, but I do know, when your hand and head come together, we're going to feel that touch and go into a deep state of sleep.
Speaker 1:Sleep. Sleep With every breath you take, with every sensation you experience, with every thought that arises and falls. Let yourself continue to deepen that feeling of comfort and security. Your eyes are now closed and fully relaxed. All the muscles in and around your eyes are fully relaxed and that same quality of relaxation is flowing through all of your muscles, tissues and organs of your body. Bring your awareness to your right arm. Your right arm is heavy, heavy, heavy. Bring your awareness to your left arm your left arm is heavy, heavy, heavy. Bring your awareness to your right leg your right leg is heavy heavy, heavy.
Speaker 1:Bring your awareness to your left leg. Your left leg is heavy, heavy, heavy. Your awareness to the warmth in your abdomen. You may notice that feeling of warmth expanding and deepening. My words and the sounds in the background are inviting you to quiet your mind and relax your body. Where are you experiencing relaxation in your body? As you relax, you are letting go and entering into a comfortable state in which your body was renewing and your mind is experiencing new levels of clarity and insight. That's right, and just allow yourself to explore how absorbing and interesting it can be to drop into trance and get to know yourself at a different level.
Speaker 1:The one thing that is profound about dreams is that all happens is thought. You can make thoughts of whatever you want. At the level of thought, there is no time, no place, but now you can travel into the past and capture past learning, or you can travel into the future and see how a problem is solved, and it's a nice thing to know that your unconscious mind can explore the past and the future and create experiences that are important and valuable to you. You're experiencing answers to your questions, resolution to your challenge and creative inspiration. You're free to do whatever supports your health, your safety, your intention.
Speaker 1:Right now, you are dreaming the dream that supports your outcome. The dream that you are dreaming will have a lasting beneficial effect that can stay with you the rest of your life. When you are dreaming, your unconscious mind continues to make those chemical changes you need to make you feel healthy, refreshed and alert. You might dream that you are floating, unattached to anything in particular, simply secure, drifting, unattached to a particular time and place, just fairly securely letting go, allowing your unconscious to generate experiences that are appropriate for you Finding relaxation, comfort, insights and solutions. It's all coming together, hasn't it? In just a moment, you will awaken completely rested and relaxed and filled with energy when you awaken.
Speaker 1:you will take a moment to reflect on your insights and understanding gained during this restless day. You will notice that these creative insights will continue to develop and expand in minutes, hours and days to come. You will be aligned with your own natural pace for accomplishing all of your goals. You are accomplishing all of your goals with not effort at all. Everything is easily accomplished.
Speaker 1:Allow this simple awareness as you start to bring your attention back to your physical body and this time and this place, bring your awareness to each deep, cleansing breath, energizing you, breathing deeply and slowly as you awaken. Each day, your body and mind are refreshed and revitalized. Every cell, tissue and organ is restored to harmony and experiencing mental clarity, a calm mind, a peaceful mind and a insightful mind. You will realize you have all the time. You need to be happy and accomplish all of your goals.
Speaker 1:In a moment, I will be counting forward from 0 to 5. At the count of 5, you will be fully alert, wondrously alive and fully present. 0, whenever you hear the number 0 and with your consent, you will experience this level of comfort and relaxation for one even deeper 1. You are experiencing health and strength and vitality streaming through your entire physical body. 2. Bring your awareness to the core of your body and that wellspring of emotional peace and calm. 3. A smile comes to your face as you contemplate the joy of being you. 4. Your eyes feel as though they have been bathed in cool spring water and you are seeing yourself and your life clearly now. 5. Wide awake, fully alert, thank your unconscious mind for assisting you in this session.
